Melodic and heavy, Walls starts with a laid-back groove and builds to an epic chorus, moving through clever and subtle meter changes along the way. With lyrics that deride power abuse and the toxic discourses used by the rich and powerful to divide and conquer, the song climaxes with an aggressive bridge section, punctuated by the rallying cry: ”Brick by brick, you will fall”. Vocal production and mix by multiple Grammy-winning producer David Bottrill (Tool, Rush, Muse, Staind).
